Bluetooth Control System Design Remote Control Case
2022-06-30

Bluetooth control system, as a recent trend, the demand for intelligent control among end market users has skyrocketed. It is an innovation in technology that, as a close range, low-power infinite transmission technology, enables intelligent control of various furniture appliances in close range. Bluetooth not only has the advantages of small size, power consumption, and microcontroller related control applications, but also has become a hot topic in technological research. Bluetooth communication is now widely used in industrial and intelligent electronic products. Below is a case study of the Bluetooth remote control system:

1. Control System Design

The core is the remote control and device transceiver. Among them, the Bluetooth remote control is portable and comes with an LED screen display and keyboard input port. Used to achieve remote control TV operation function and display the current status.

2. Hardware design

High frequency 2.4G power amplifier;

Chip CPU control: BLE series AC6321A4 QFN32 model;

LED display: prompts the display of device related status data;

Power supply: A 3V battery is used to provide power;

By combining mainstream Bluetooth technology with PDA technology, end users have improved their user experience.

3. Control Design of Transceiver Hardware

The RF power amplifier adopts 2.4G: the signal coverage can be increased to around 100M, greatly increasing the RF range and achieving remote control;

Bluetooth chip module (including control system): mainly provides RF and basic control functions, coordinates the work of various functional modules, and connects Bluetooth devices to relevant transmission protocols;

Interface design: Responsible for transmitting received remote control commands to the radio station, and connecting the response and status of the main control board to the main control board of the backpack radio station.
