1、 Overall Design of Intelligent Lamp Control Scheme
This system can detect the lighting based on the lighting intensity of the environment, the number of indoor people, and the surrounding temperature, achieving the effect of intelligent control of lighting. In order to meet different needs in various situations, two different operating modes have been designed for the circuit:
(1) Intelligent control mode: When the power is turned on, the photosensitive resistor detects that the indoor lighting intensity is lower or higher than our normal lighting intensity, and the system will activate the intelligent control mode. The infrared sensor detects that someone is entering or leaving the classroom, and after processing the information, the signal will be transmitted to the LCD screen. The statistical data will automatically increase or decrease by one, and intelligent control will be achieved by turning on or off the lights or lights at different positions.
(2) Compulsory execution mode: If there are few people or the location is relatively scattered indoors, one light cannot illuminate the entire room, and fully opening it will waste resources. When we encounter a high user demand and the intelligent control mode cannot meet it, we need to activate the forced control mode and turn on local lights. If there is no need to use the lights extensively, we can press the reset button to restore to the intelligent control mode.
2、 Design of Main Program Software for Intelligent Lamp Control System
After the power is turned on, the intelligent lighting control system defaults to automatic control mode. When someone enters the room, the number of people inside increases, and the numerical value displayed on the LCD screen will also increase. Conversely, when someone leaves the classroom, the numerical value displayed on the LCD screen will decrease accordingly. During this process, when the number of people entering or leaving the room increases or decreases to a certain value, the indoor lights will appear to turn off accordingly; At the same time, the system can also change to a manually controlled indoor light on/off state through forced conversion buttons and conversion control states. Firstly, initialize the device and port, send a request to the microcontroller, then restore the data, update the time data, press the button, set the real-time time, and set the timing; The light is in a dark state, and the green light is on in automatic mode. The light is turned on according to the number of people, and turned off when the light is on.
The intelligent light control PCB structure is a single panel that is fully compatible with the male mold shell of other intelligent lighting products on the market. The PCB structure of lighting products can also be customized according to user requirements. The final shape and style of the product are designed by the merchant themselves, and different styles of intelligent lights can be designed according to consumer needs.
