1、 Introduction to Jerry Video Chip

The system framework of Jerry Video Chip is composed of various functional modules+CPU, with video encoding and screen pushing modules as the main components.

There are currently three series of video chips in production, namely AC570N series, AC540N series, and AC521N series. The AC570N series and AC540N are H.264 encoding formats, while the AC521N series is MJPEG encoding format. AC570N can be simply understood as an enhanced version of AC540N, and under the premise of basically consistent cost system, AC570N has better performance and video effects.

AC570N Features:

a. Supports dual 1080P/30FPS or quad 720P/30FPS encoding, while also encoding H.264 (AC540N series 1080+720, not quad);

b. Support the simultaneous display of four screens, with arbitrary switching of a single screen (AC540N series displays two screens simultaneously);

c. The maximum screen resolution support is FULL HD (AC540N is HD);

d. Built in OSD menu with 24 bit color, supporting multi grayscale gradient effect;

e. Built in 3 million ISPs, supporting HDR and RGBIR sensors, 3D noise reduction, and better image effects;

f. Synchronous recording of audio and video, which can be transmitted to other devices through sub stream interfaces such as WI-FI while recording;

g. Built in dual core 260Mhz CPU (adjustable), capable of running algorithms.

AC521N Features:

a. Supports 720P/30FPS, VGA/30FPS recording, and MJPEG encoding with built-in 1 million ISP;

b. The highest screen resolution supports HD;

c. Built in OSD menu, menu color is 24 bit color, supporting multi grayscale gradient effect;

d. Synchronous recording of audio and video, which can be transmitted to other devices through sub stream interfaces such as WI-FI while recording;

e. Built in single core 260Mhz CPU (adjustable), capable of running algorithms, typical application is code scanning gun.

At present, Jerry Video chips have been shipped in areas such as tachographs, scan guns, aerial photography, doorbell locks, motion cameras, four-way surveillance cameras, pipeline endoscopes, law enforcement recorders, children's cameras, and teaching microscopes. It can be equipped with WI-FI chips, Bluetooth chips, etc. to expand its application, and connect to mobile phones using apps to connect with major internet platforms.

AC791N Features:

a. Built in dual core 320MHz (adjustable) ultra low power CPU, with standby and active power consumption of uA level;

b. Built in mjpeg encoding module, supporting simultaneous card writing and image transmission;

c. Built in voice recognition module;

d. Built in 5.0 Bluetooth and Wi Fi.
